Description
Our Emergency First Aid (EFA) HSE Compliant Course is a one-day, regulated qualification designed for individuals looking to act as emergency first aiders in low-risk workplace environments. Fully aligned with the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 and (NI) 1982, this training equips learners with the skills and confidence to respond effectively in real-life emergencies.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll learn how to take emergency actions, perform CPR on adults, children, and babies, manage choking, use a defibrillator (AED), and respond to incidents such as bleeding, burns, seizures, asthma attacks, and injuries to bones, muscles, and joints. You’ll also practice the recovery position and gain a clear understanding of first aider responsibilities.
Delivered in an interactive and supportive environment, the course ensures plenty of hands-on practice with no formal written tests—just practical learning assessed in a relaxed manner. Each delegate will receive:

A free quick first aid guide – “Your Emergency First Aid Plan”
-
The assurance of our 100% Confidence Guarantee
