Description

Our First Aid at Work Requalification (FAR) Course is a two-day HSE-compliant training designed for those who have already completed the Three-Day First Aid at Work (FAW) course and need to renew their certificate before it expires. This course provides a fast-track refresher of essential first aid knowledge while ensuring plenty of hands-on practice across a wide range of emergency scenarios, injuries, and medical conditions.

You’ll revisit vital skills such as emergency actions, CPR for adults, children, and babies, choking, use of a defibrillator (AED), and managing unconscious casualties with the recovery position. We’ll also reinforce knowledge of common emergencies including bleeding, burns, fractures, head and spinal injuries, seizures, diabetes, asthma, heart attacks, and anaphylaxis.

Delivered in a supportive and interactive environment, this workshop allows you to rebuild confidence without the pressure of formal written exams—assessment is carried out in a relaxed, practical way. Each delegate will receive:

  • An HSE-compliant certificate valid for another three years

  • A free workbook and “The Good First Aid Guide” manual

  • The assurance of our 100% Confidence Guarantee

This course is perfect for current first aiders who want to stay qualified, confident, and ready to act when it matters most.
