Description
Our First Aid at Work (FAW) – Three-day HSE Compliant Course is a nationally recognised, RQF Level 3 qualification designed for those who want to become fully qualified first aiders in the workplace. Unlike the one-day Emergency First Aid course, this training goes into greater depth, preparing you to handle a wider range of injuries, medical conditions, and emergencies—making it ideal for higher-risk workplaces or larger organisations.
Throughout the course, you’ll gain practical experience and confidence in managing real-life situations such as CPR for adults, children, and babies, choking, unconsciousness, shock, heart attacks, seizures, bleeding, burns, fractures, meningitis, and more. You’ll also learn how to use a defibrillator (AED), place casualties in the recovery position, and manage conditions like asthma, diabetes, and anaphylaxis.
Delivered in an interactive, hands-on workshop style, the course ensures plenty of practice time, with relaxed and supportive assessments—no formal written exams. Each delegate will receive:
-
An HSE-compliant certificate valid for three years
-
A free workbook and “The Good First Aid Guide” manual
-
The assurance of our 100% Confidence Guarantee
This course is perfect for anyone responsible for workplace safety or those who simply want to be thoroughly prepared to act in emergencies both at work and beyond.
